We had already provided a self bunded bulk storage tank for concentrated sulphuric acid at a major food producer. After a further risk assessment, they decided to put in an additional shallow secondary bund in order to protect against possible leaks from outlet pipework and two POA cabinets. We prefabricated a polypropylene bund, complete with steel reinforcement in sections and then two of our fitter attended site to install the whole package.
