Moor Fabs can fuse 100s of complex pipe assemblies per day, with diameters ranging from d20-d110 (DN15-DN100) for socket fusion, or from d32 to d160+ (DN25 to DN150) for butt fusion.

Quality Piping Systems That Last
The Moor Fabs piping department is centred around our internal quality systems, to ensure accurate, repeatable, and leak-free products. Every batch is individually checked against our customer’s acceptance criteria by an inspector prior to release for delivery, which when combined with random sample checks and pressure testing capabilities, allows us to achieve an extremely low reject rate and embody feedback from our partners. We also strive to quickly resolve and prevent future recurrence should any quality issues be experienced, with a dedicated quality team ready to assist with any concerns.
