A power station needed to replace it's existing storage vessels for a chlorine dioxide reactor process. These vessels are used to store the reagant chemicals : sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid. On the original plant, the vessels had been made from HDPE pressure pipe, capped off both ends. No drawings were available, so after a detailed survey, the design was replicated and six new tanks delivered complete with all the nozzles.
