At the start of June we were commissioned (through a long chain) by a well known cranberry juice company to provide a floating water feature for the Hampton Court Flower Show in the first week of July. The brief was challenging. The "flower" had to be 10m across, float level with only 25mm of visible wall and have a closed base to prevent cranberry sinkage. In addition, there needed to be a removeable panel to allow someone to step inside to do a cranberry harvesting demonstration. The finished item would be filled with floating cranberries and floated in the middle of the Long Water at Hampton Court Palace. Using our client Kingcombe Aquacare's design and our manufacturing expertise, we delivered on time and within budget.
